Follow signs for 101 North to San Francisco. For a little while, you'll be off the highway driving through some city neighborhoods. Once you cross the Golden Gate Bridge, continue on 101 North for a while (approx. 20 miles).
From 101 , take the 37 East exit (towards Vallejo/Napa). Then take 121 North towards Sonoma - there will be a sign. Continue on 121 . You will come to an intersection where 121 makes a right turn and there is a sign that says “To Sonoma” (there is gas station and small convenience store on the left, and the “Vineyard Inn” on the right). Do not go right here - stay straight, and you will be on Route 116 . Continue straight on 116 and look for a sign on the right for Arnold Drive . You will make a slight fork to the Right to get onto Arnold Drive (if you stayed straight on 116 , it continues towards the town of Petaluma). If you miss the fork, there is a light about 100 feet after the fork and you can turn right.
Stay on Arnold Drive for about three miles. Pass Grove Street (there is a light and gas station). Then a little bit further is Craig Avenue. Turn Left on Craig. The Ashram is the third set of houses on the Right, #1087. There is a low rock wall in front.
Take 580 toward San Francisco to 101 North.

Then take 980 East - follow for a short time to 580 W toward San Francisco .
Follow 580 West for about 19 miles, then get onto 101 North .

Take 17 North toward SAN JOSE / OAKLAND

Take 12 South all the way into Sonoma. You will come to a light where there is a slight right going to the town of Glen Ellen. Stay straight on 12 . Soon afterwards, you will see Madrone Road on the Right. Go Right on Madrone. Follow Madrone to Arnold Drive. Turn Left on Arnold.
Continue down Arnold a few miles and you will see Craig Avenue on the Right (on the corner of Craig & Arnold is a nursery called Sonoma Mission Gardens). Turn Right on Craig. The Ashram is the third set of houses on the Right, #1087. There is a low rock wall in front.
Take 29 South to 12/121 (towards Sonoma). Go right on Napa Road. Follow Napa Rd. You will cross Route 12 in Sonoma, but stay straight. Napa Road turns into Leveroni Road here. Follow Leveroni to Arnold Drive. Go Right on Arnold Drive.

Take 99 North to 4 West to 5 North.
Take the Route 12 exit toward LODI / FAIRFIELD go West on 12.
Then merge onto 80 W (it looks like 12 and 80 are the same for a little while).
When 80 breaks away, stay on Route 12 toward NAPA / SONOMA.
Route 12 well then join with 29 and later 121. Always stay on 12 West.
After about 4 miles from the 12/121 joining, you'll see a sign for Napa Road. Go right on Napa Road.
Follow Napa Rd to Sonoma. You will cross Route 12 in Sonoma, but stay straight. Napa Road turns into Leveroni Road here. Follow Leveroni to Arnold Drive. Go Right on Arnold Drive.
Stay on Arnold Drive for about 2.4 miles. You will pass Grove Street along the way (there is a light and gas station). Then a little bit further is Craig Avenue. Turn Left on Craig. The Ashram is the third set of houses on the Right, #1087. There is a low rock wall in front.
From 80 West, take the Route 12 exit towards Napa/Sonoma. Route 12 will join with other roads along the way: first with Route 29 North, then with 121. Once you are on 12 & 121, keep watch for signs for Napa Rd; go Right on Napa Rd.
Follow Napa Rd. You will cross Route 12 in Sonoma, but stay straight. Napa Road turns into Leveroni Road here. Follow Leveroni to Arnold Drive. Go Right on Arnold Drive.
Stay on Arnold Drive for about 2.4 miles. You will pass Grove Street along the way (there is a light and gas station). Then a little bit further is Craig Avenue. Turn Left on Craig. The Ashram is the third set of houses on the Right, #1087. There is a low rock wall in front.
Go South on Sir Francis Drake Blvd towards Route 1 . Go Left (North) on Route 1 , which will take you through Pt. Reyes Station. Then turn Right on Pt. Reyes / Petaluma Blvd which will turn into D Street and take you to the town of Petaluma. In Petaluma, make a right on Lakeville Street . Lakeville Street becomes Lakeville Hwy / 116. Go about 2 miles, and then turn Left on Frates Road .
Continue straight for about 7 miles. During these approx. 7 miles, Frates Road will become Adobe Road, and then will become 116. Just continue straight. As you are approaching 7 miles, start looking for a sign for Watmaugh Road on the left. Make a left turn on Watmaugh. Follow Watmaugh around a 90 degree bend to the right. Then turn Left on Arnold Drive .
Stay on Arnold Drive for about 3 miles. Then turn left on Craig Avenue . The Ashram is the third set of houses on the Right, #1087. There is a low rock wall in front.
Start out going NORTH on SAN ANTONIO RD toward US-101 S / REDWOOD HWY. Go 0.7 miles
Turn RIGHT onto US-101 S / REDWOOD HWY. Go 0.9 miles
Make a U-TURN at SAN ANTONIO RD onto US-101 N. Go 4.4 miles
Take the CA-116 E exit toward SONOMA / NAPA. Go 0.2 miles
Turn LEFT onto LAKEVILLE HWY / CA-116. Go 1.2 miles
Turn LEFT onto FRATES RD. Go 1.4 miles
FRATES RD becomes ADOBE RD. Continue 3.2 miles
ADOBE RD becomes STAGE GULCH RD / CA-116. Continue 2.6 miles
Turn LEFT onto W WATMAUGH RD. Go 0.9 miles
Turn LEFT onto ARNOLD DR. Go 3.3 miles
Turn LEFT onto CRAIG AVE. The Ashram is on the Right a few driveways down from the corner of Arnold & Craig, # 1087 Craig Ave
From CONCORD:
Take 680 North toward SACRAMENTO
Then take 780 West (looks like a left exit) toward BENICIA / VALLEJO
Then take 80 East toward SACRAMENTO
Take the exit for 37 West toward Napa (looks like exit 33)
Then take the exit for 29 North toward Napa/Downtown Vallejo
Continue to follow 29 North
Then take 121 toward Sonoma (NOT Napa).
Look for signs for Napa Road, and go right on Napa Road.
Stay straight on Napa Rd. You will cross Route 12 in Sonoma at an intersection with a light (Friedmans is on the right corner), but stay straight. Napa Road turns into Leveroni Road here. Follow Leveroni to Arnold Drive. Go Right on Arnold Drive.

Take 580 W toward Tracy/San Francisco. Go about 36 miles.
Merge onto 680 North toward Sacramento. Go about 28 miles.
Merge onto 780 W toward Benecia/Vallejo. Go about 6 miles.
Merge onto 80 E toward Sacramento for a short time, then get onto 37 W toward Napa.
Take exit for Route 29 toward Napa/Vallejo. Continue on 29 for about 10 miles.
Then take 121 toward Sonoma (NOT Napa).
